Choose by usage

Most buyers know the right plan in one minute.

The plan name matters less than call volume. Start smaller if you are testing after-hours coverage. Move up when dispatch or intake becomes daily.

Starter

Owner-operator

Low volume, after-hours, or missed-call coverage.

Pro

Busy front desk

More call volume, scripts, booking workflows, and support.

Business

Multi-location

Compliance-heavy teams, routing, and high monthly minutes.

FAQ

Pricing and rollout questions

How much does Ring The Pro cost?+

Ring The Pro has three plans: Starter at $49/mo for 200 included minutes, Pro at $199/mo for 600 minutes with custom scripts and CRM integrations, and Business at $499/mo for 2,000 minutes plus HIPAA-ready operating mode.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes. The 10-second demo call from the homepage is free with no signup. The full 14-day product trial is free with no credit card required up front.

When do I get charged?+

You are charged through Stripe only after the 14-day free trial ends and you choose a plan. Plan changes, cancellations, and resumptions all happen from the billing screen.

Can I switch plans later?+

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and resume actions are all handled inside the dashboard billing flow. Changes prorate within the current billing period.

What counts as an included minute?+

Every minute the AI is on a call counts toward your monthly minute pool. Inbound and outbound minutes count the same. Overage on Starter is $0.25/min, Pro $0.20/min, Business $0.15/min.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?+

No. All plans are month-to-month with no contract. Cancel any time from the billing dashboard and keep service through the end of the current month.

What happens after I sign up?+

You go straight into a short setup flow for your business name, vertical, hours, greeting, and phone mode. Most owners are live in 5 minutes.

Which plan is right for me?+

Pick Starter ($49/mo) if you only need after-hours or overflow coverage. Pick Pro ($199/mo) if your front desk is busy enough to need 600+ minutes a month and CRM integrations. Pick Business ($499/mo) if you handle PHI or run multi-location.
